HOORA TOWER

The tower’s facade of wave patterns injects diversity into the design whilst inspiring continuity through irregularity. The curved balconies provide shading from excessive sunlight, whilst providing the prospect for introducing greenery as a unifying element of the facade.

Internally, Sanad focused on delivering a meaningful mix of communal and inclusive social spaces that exist within and throughout the 23 floor tower including an open reception space, private and communal study and social areas, a gym, fitness studio, rooftop swimming pool and recreational spaces and ancillary office/business facilities.
