Sanad Engineering completed the design of Lofts 335, a 10-storey residential building offering affordable 1-2 bedroom flats along the passages of Um Al Hassam. The expressive flats composition is broken down, into six unique types. Combined with entertainment floors and rooftop amenities, the variety in each floor allows for the creation of a rich, diversified apartment community.
