MUHARRAQ CLUB RENOVATION

The building meets two challenges: to pay tribute to Muharraq’s historical design language in an ambitious, modern way and to respectfully engage with its surroundings. The new addition was designed in line with the various dimensions of the existing volume, elements of the project brief, and how they would serve the local stakeholders. Sanad have delivered in producing a friendly sports space, and the concept of integrating the building and the site to one seamless facility. The facility had offered numerous kinds of sports facilities for people living around including swimming pool, fitness center, multi-sports hall, squash court, café’s and coffee shops, gaming rooms and playground for kids and so on.
